RETURN POLICY
If merchandise when received is damaged or an area of concern is present relating to the order we must be notified within 48 hours by email or calling the toll free number 1-866-400-1644. When a determination is made as to exactly what the problem and culpability is return of the goods will be arranged and must be completed within 30 days. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days unless full agreement has been arranged between the parties.
Returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking charge depending on culpability and return collect shipping charges unless an agreement has been made between the parties will be refused.
Special or custom orders have a NO RETURN policy!

Every possible effort has been made as the accuracy of sizes, dimensions and colours of our product lines accepting no responsibility when errors of this nature occur. Customers requiring absolute confirmation of a products specifications need contacting us in writing requesting what they need.
RETURNED ITEMS:
Returned merchandise must be received in "As New" condition including all the accessories, cables, manuals and any other appurtenances in the original packaging.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom orders require a 50% deposit for non-stocked items needing being specially ordered from our sources of supply with a "NO RETURN" policy on special orders. .
